Ingredients:

Oz. Rum

Oz. Fresh Lime Juice

4.00

Dash Grenadine Syrup

Directions:
Pour the rum, lime juice and grenadine into a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain and serve.

Named for yours truly, I enjoy a Mojito every now and then, but I often prefer lemon vs lime. This is my super simple version. If you’re out, just order a Mojito made with Lemon instead of lime – it will be different with each venue – but always good!

Ingredients:

1 Oz. Vodka

4 Oz. Lemonade

2-3 fresh lemon slices or wedges

Several fresh mint leaves

Ice – crushed.

Directions:

Pour all into a highball and ‘muddle’ or smash the mint leaves and fresh lemon.

This, as with many iced beverages, is great by the pitcher!

Rum, and more Rum!

This will be too strong if you don’t fill the glass with crushed ice….. but maybe you like it that way!

Ingredients:

Dashes Grenadine Syrup

Lime Wedge

Directions:
Squeeze a lime wedge and drop into the glass. Add grenadine and rums, fill with crushed ice and stir well.

We suggest making it by the pitcher…!

Grapefruit Vodka

Grapefruit Soda – like our fav ‘Fresca’, makes an excellent mixer. Dare we say – another afternoon delight?

Ingredients:

1 Oz. Vodka

2 Oz. Grapefruit Soda

1 Slice Pineapples

1 Slice Oranges

0.5 Oz. Lemonade & Ice

Directions:
Pour in vodka, pineapple, orange, lemonade, and grapefruit soda, then mix.

Sweet Gin Martini

Twist Orange Peel

Directions:
Stir all ingredients (except orange peel) with ice and strain. Add the twist of orange peel and serve.

Directions:
Pour vodka over ice. Add lemon lime soda and top with lemon juice. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Tsp. Smoky Barbecue Sauce

Tsp. Lemon Juice

Cup Beer

Directions:
Pour the Irish whiskey, vegetable juice, barbecue sauce and lemon juice into a glass half filled with ice. Fill with beer, stir and serve.

We like it with a few shakes of Tabasco.

Triple Fun Martini

Ingredients:

Oz. White Rum

Oz. Sweet Vermouth

0.50

Tsp. Triple Sec

Directions:
Pour the rum, sweet vermouth and triple sec into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well, strain and serve.

Alternately, we like this shaken and poured into a Martini glass.
